ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an administrator for an infrastructure project with high protection values under renovation. The role involves responsibility for production administration, control of access and authorization, as well as the development of routines for protection and surveillance.

The position is security classified and requires an approved security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. The security clearance will be conducted by Academic Work.

The workplace is located around Växjö and its surroundings, so it is good if you have a driver's license and access to a car. The work is performed 100 percent on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Schedule personnel and follow up on registrations.
• Make reconciliations against access lists.
• Receipt, distribute, and collect documentation, access cards, and keys.
• Administer email and phone.
• Ensure that all safety instructions are followed in the project.

• Communicates professionally in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has solid experience in administrative work.
• Has a good structure in your work approach and an eye for detail.
